Sunday 14th January was a long day but very rewarding with a spectacular show of sunset CGs and anvil crawlers north of Goondiwindi. The six hour drive home (arriving at 3am Monday) didn't matter after photographing this storm. Australian Severe Weather Forum discussion here
Finally a chase into the Clarence Valley and Jackadgery - the place that always seems to have storms on radar. The locality is a bit isolated but provided a great storm chase on Australia Day. It was an adventure getting back OUT of the area due to fallen trees but eventually the chase ended back to Woodburn, Lismore and home for lightning photos.
